1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using services from Indian Code Hub ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you disagree with any part, you may not access our services.

2. Services Description

Indian Code Hub provides:

• Custom Website Development
• Software Development Solutions
• E-commerce Development
• Mobile App Development
• Digital Marketing Services
• IT Consulting
• Website Maintenance & Support

3. Project Agreement

All projects require a signed agreement detailing:

• Project scope and deliverables
• Timeline and milestones
• Payment terms and schedule
• Intellectual property rights
• Confidentiality terms

4. Payment Terms

Standard payment terms:

• 50% advance payment before project commencement
• 40% upon milestone completion
• 10% upon project delivery and client approval
• Additional charges for scope changes
• All payments in Indian Rupees (₹)

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment:

• Client receives full rights to commissioned work
• Indian Code Hub retains right to display project in portfolio
• Third-party assets/licenses remain with original owners
• Source code ownership transfers as per agreement

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide timely feedback and approvals
• Supply necessary materials and information
• Make timely payments as per schedule
• Appoint a single point of contact
• Adhere to agreed communication channels

7. Revisions & Changes

• Up to 3 rounds of revisions included in initial quote
• Major scope changes may incur additional charges
• Change requests must be in writing
• Timeline adjustments for significant changes

8. Project Timeline

• Timelines begin after advance payment and project kickoff
• Delays by client may extend project timeline
• Regular progress updates provided
• Milestone dates are estimates, not guarantees

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to:

• Keep proprietary information confidential
• Not disclose trade secrets
• Protect sensitive business information
• Maintain confidentiality for 2 years post-project

10. Warranty & Support

• 30-day warranty period for bug fixes
• Additional support available via maintenance plans
• Excludes issues from third-party services
• Does not cover new feature requests

11. Limitation of Liability

Indian Code Hub's liability limited to:

• Maximum of project fees paid
• Not liable for indirect or consequential damages
• Not responsible for third-party service issues
• Not liable for data loss - clients must maintain backups

12. Termination

Either party may terminate with written notice:

• Client liable for work completed plus 25% of remaining contract
• Indian Code Hub may terminate for non-payment
• All unpaid fees become immediately due
• Confidentiality obligations survive termination

13. Force Majeure

Not liable for delays due to:

• Natural disasters
• Government actions
• Internet/utility failures
• Other circumstances beyond reasonable control

14. Governing Law

These terms governed by Indian law. Disputes subject to exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.

15. Amendments

Indian Code Hub reserves right to modify these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
